Vehicle available for local pickup, or if Buyer arranges for shipping. If Buyer is a PA resident, the Antique Plate IS transferrable. Unknown if odometer reading is true. I am not the original owner. Starting the vehicle from a cold start is typical of a carburetor fed engine, ie, pump gas pedal while cranking. Original 6 volt system. Many new parts within the past few years including , but not limited to, 5 radial tires, radiator, exhaust and fuel system, electrical wiring, and generator. Rear wing windows come off hinge, so I do not open. Key door locks are inoperable from the outside, but can be locked from the inside. Heating system does not work. I would be happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability. I am not a mechanic. I have all invoice documentation as to the restoration work performed.
