For sale by a private party is this ALL NEW 1957 Ford Sunliner Convertible. When I say new, everything on this Ford has been replaced with NOS parts or totally redone, from the engine to the new top. Car originated in Arizona and came to MD over 30 years ago. Totally rust free. Owner stripped the car down to the bare shell and began rebuilding from the ground up. Car was almost completed a year ago, when the owner died. His friends and family completed the restoration over the past 9 months and are now selling the car.
As you can see from the video and pictures the car is new.
Engine is the original 312 c.i. ‘Y’ block but bored .060 over. It is backed by a Borg-Warner 4-speed. Ford starts and runs great.
Some of the added custom touches include; powder coated fender wells (inner and outer), powder coated suspension parts and hood brackets.

Rust free body painted a 60’s Ford blue, throughout
Shown in the trunk are the factory fender skirts and FOMOCO seat belts
Body was nosed, decked, and side lettering was de-chromed.

2 ½” lowering spindles up front
2” lowering blocks in rear
Rebuilt steering assembly including pitman arm
New power disc brakes up front and drums rear, hardware, and lines.
New gas tank and fuel lines
Stock rebuilt ’57 Ford rear differential
14 x 7.5 radial white walls w/’57 Ford hubcaps
INTERIOR & TOP
New carpets, upholstery, top, door handles, chrome window frames, rebuilt gauges.
After market oil pressure, water temp, and voltage gauges
