| “99% restored. 1962 Austin Healey Sprite MKII, rare 1st year of the new style, after the "Frog Eye". She has a 948cc, 3 speed, all standards. this beautiful girl has all working parts, gauges, radio, heater with original heater switch working. All new interior restored, new windshield, new tonneau cover, new side curtians, and two new tops (one vinyl, one rag). the roof and tonneau frames are original, as well as the jack. She burns no oil and can get to 70 MPH running smooth. There are no issues with the exception of some cosmetics on the bonnet and front fender. the bonnet has some hammer dents and the top of the front fender has some paint issue. the body is straight and solid. Please review all pictures. She does shine and 99% of her cosmetics are beautiful. She gets the eyes of others when she strolls down the road. I get asked many time to pull over so her admirers can get a closer look. She just won 3rd place in a recent European Auto Show. She looks and runs great.” |
