Description:

This 1962 Olds Cutlass F-85 coupe began life at the GM Assembly Plant on Tweety Blvd in South Gate, California and has been a California car ever since. It was first purchased by a gentlemen who lived in Rosemead, California from the Harris Oldsmobile dealership in Whittier, California. Some years later it was sold to a gentlemen in San Francisco, California, and then in 2002 it was sold to a gentlemen in Leona Valley, California. The car is now residing in Oceanside, California and I am the fourth owner. It is a completely stock Olds Cutlass F-85 with the exception of the dual exhaust. The paint is not the original color but looks very good as can be seen from the photos. The chrome is also in excellent condition as is the window glass, tires which are nearly new, and the headliner which is also nearly new. The upholstery is not the original as was redone sometime in the past by one of the previous owners. The engine is the stock 215 cu.in 185 horsepower aluminum V-8. Overall, the car is in very good condition considering it is now a 55 year old vehicle. You may know that the 61 & 62 Oldsmobile Cutlass F-85 coupes are becoming a rare item and there were only 7909 62 Olds Cutlass F-85 coupes produced. Because of it's age it is eligible to be entered in any car show that you might want to show it in. Anytime I drive the car I gets lots of thumbs up and comments about what a perfect example of a 60's era car it truly is.
