1963 Mercury Marauder

Mercury Marauder (1963)
for sale

Price: US $4,200.00

Description:

I have for sale a 1963 Mercury Marauder 2 door fast back. Good to fair condition. A great project car for someone who wants an all original car. This car will not last. It is available here and for sale locally, get it while you can.
There is some rust, the worst place of rust is behind drivers door (large spot please see pictures) There is also 2 small rust spots under the rear drivers side window the holes are about a quarter and a dime in size. There is some rust in the trunk including a hole about the size of a pop can on the drivers side and a smaller one on the passenger side. Both rear quarter panels behind tires are rusted and have sheet panel patches on them.
The chrome trim is in very good condition. The interior is really good condition. The drivers seat has some tears in it but currently has a cover on it to protect it from any additional wear. The dash, rear seat, and door cards are in really good condition. The dash is uncut original.
The original V8 engine was replaced with a 1973 360 V8 engine and C6 automatic transmission. The 360 V8 engine has been converted to Dura spark electronic ignition with a Edelbrock carburetor and Edelbrock RPM intake.
This car has new front brakes (wheel cylinder shoes and drums). It has been sitting in storage for quite some time and would be recommended to be transported with a trailer.
