Many people ask what is a SunBeam Tiger? The SunBeam Tiger was inspired by The Shelby Cobra of 1962.
Unlike the Cobra, the Tiger used a smaller 164HP Ford 260 engine that made the factory Sunbeam suffer in performance. That engine was replaced with a more Horsepower and better sounding V8 289 that sounds amazing! Tigers remain very high in the collector car world. If you're a collector or just someone that wants a small convertible with V8 Ford power and 4 speed top loader, this Sunbeam is for you!
Make sure you check out the exhaust work! The pictures shows all the new exhaust work that was done by a performance shop that cost thousands of dollars for this upgrade and coating and has only seen just a few hundred miles of street driving.
