Description:
Purchased from private party in New York state on May 30, 2014, with the intention of giving the car a full restoration. I have the time but not the money to do it! The fiberglass body is in good shape except for stress cracks and a small chip out of the right front fender well. Has been stored in a storage shed out of the sun and weather. Will need repainting but just needs general sanding as well as repairing the stress cracks. Tires are not worn but are likely fairly old. Payment to be by Paypal or a bank cashier's check. Car will need to be picked up with a car trailer or I will assist with your car shipping company.

| “1967 Avanti II.Mostly original condition. Not redone or restored. Runs, but not roadworthy. Perfect car for an easy restoration. 327 Chevy with automatic transmission.A/C but not connected. Has a 1-wire non-stock alternator, and a pentronix ignition (replaces the points).All gauges work with exception of the clock and vacuum gauge.The dash is in good condition as is the headliner (just discolored).The bumpers aren't rusty but would need replated for that like new look.The chrome around the headlights are pitted. Will need hog troughs and maybe some light frame repair (some rust areas on frame).Have 4 new Gabriel shock absorbers that haven't been installed. Has electric door windows that work.” |
