Correctly finished as the original door tag indicates this car has a very nice repaint in correct Mimosa Yellow. The gentleman we bought the car from oversaw the repaint and did a general refresh on the car. He indicated that the car was very solid and that he did the repaint just for a refresh because the original paint was worn and faded.We were inclined to recover the seats and we did so, in correct to the door tag, Chestnut, code 63. The balance of the interior is nice and serviceable with a nice dash and door panels, good carpeting and fresh seats. We also took the liberty to install a brand new, correct, reflective strip convertible top. In addition, we added a brand-new set of stainless bumpers front and back that simply look great.While not a concours show car we would call this car a very nice driver quality TR6. With perfect TR6's now selling in the 40K plus range we find these nice driver 6's to be good values in the market. The paint is a solid B as is the interior. With new bumpers on the car and a nice set of radials this car would be comfortable at most any local show.We are in process of finishing our mechanical inspection on this 6 and it will be completely checked over by the time it finds a new home.Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and polish it as a prized possession, the choice is yours once you make it yours.We stand behind our thoughts on this car by offering our travel expenses guarantee- come see the car and if we have materially misrepresented its condition we will gladly pay half of your travel expenses up to $500.00- this offer had been in place since we sold our first classic and we haven't paid the money yet. .
