Selling my lovely 1989 Bentley Turbo R. It is an all original example with flawless paintwork and flawless wood aside from the section around the seat switches which has a couple heat cracks. This could be easily mended, but I have never bothered as it is so minor. Leather is absolutely flawless with no visible wear. The interior smells like a brand new Bentley. Leather regularly treated with the Connoly treatment and maintains the original supple feel.
I purchased this car from Florida 8 years ago. No snow or salt (stored every winter). No corrosion anywhere under the car. Car is regularly professionally detailed and waxed to protect the flawless paintwork. This is done every few months. Rarely used and not in inclement weather.
Wheels are original Bentley with chrome finish without flaw. Tires are Turbospeed reproduction from Avon as was originally fitted. They are nearly new with less than 4K miles and 3 years on them.
All electrical features operate, wipers, gauges, radio, antenna, lights in and out, air conditioning (which was thoroughly rebuilt and converted a year ago) Ice cold A/C.
Clean carfax with no accidents.
Complete suspension renovation with new accumulator spheres 3 years ago. New rear struts 2 years ago. Thorough mineral oil flush on 2 occasions in the last 3 years. New rear hydraulic pump and front one rebuilt 4 years ago. New brake lines installed along with the rear hydraulic struts. New springs front and back at the same time. Fluids all fresh as of last year. Uses synthetic oil and no leaks whatsoever. New ignition wires, injectors, plugs, caps and distributor belt last fall. Many more items addressed I cannot remember at this time. The prospective buyer will be thoroughly impressed with this car. Cared for as if it were new. Maintained to top standard with no maintenance deferred.
A fantastic car I simply cannot take with me out of the country or I would. Will make one lucky person very happy indeed.
