I own a collision shop been doing auto body for 20 plus years.
1996 ford 7.3 5speed 4x4 ex cab short box.I have repaired, replaced the frame horns(front part) on this truck, along with repainting the whole cab, It was a liability claim so it has a clean title. I have repaired it right, it drives straight, Ive put roughly 5k miles on it since repair. I am the second owner. Runs great low miles for a 7.3 diesel, . 5 speed trans, shifts and works great, the rear gear ratio is 4:10 this is a puller and a rare combination that was mostly ordered by customers, 4wheel drive works as it should, cold ac, is missing the rear seat, and drivers seat is a little worn, but mechanically sound gets around 17 miles per gallon and is taching 2200 rpms at 65 mph, the truck could use an alignment to fully straighten steering wheel is barley turned, tires aren't the best, I do have factory aluminum wheels that go with sale, I had planned on solid axel ing the front end, but never got around to it, the drivetrain is bullet proof runs awesome does not smoke a lot and has never been chipped. Before I got my new truck, I took this stroker on a 800 mile round trip journey, come drive it anywhere, its reliable uses no oil been serviced since day one I knew original owner, he was a mechanic. thanks for looking email questions. ...
