Description:

This car is a beast, and I mean that in the best possible way. It has the interceptor package, with a 4.6 litre V8 engine that is super clean, as you can see from the photos. It has power everything - windows, doors, seats, mirrors, etc. It's easily the most comfortable car I've ever had. The seats are like recliners - super big and comfy. And at 6'-2 I can completely straighten out my left leg while driving.
This car came from a school district here in south Texas, which means two things: no snow, and it was driven and used much more tenderly than your average police interceptor. In fact, the back seat shows absolutely no wear and tear.
The body shows some signs of aging, though not that much. And as you can see from one of the photos, there is a small dent in one of the rear quarter panels that has been pulled out. The red and gray decals can easily be removed if you wish, though I kind of liked them.
The car is very sound mechanically. The only thing negative I have to say in that regard is that it appears that the starter may need to be replaced soon. The tires are nearly new and super wide, and the spare is full size like the rest.
I love this car, and am only selling it because I recently got a job in Cordova, Alaska, which has no roads in or out. I could put the car on a ferry for a couple thousand dollars, but then where would I drive it when I get there??? Around town? Not really worth it.
I can say with the utmost confidence, that had I gotten a job in Alaska that I could drive to, I would not hesitate to do so. With only 118, 000 miles on it, this beast has a ton of life left in it. I have talked online with other police interceptor owners, and all who have one pretty much feel the same way. My loss is your gain. Happy bidding!
