We bought this van in 2007 and had falling in love with it. We had a new motor installed buy Harper Volkswagen of Knoxville costing almost $10, 000. Right after this we had to park the van because we were having some other issues. I was working on them when I got sick about 4 years ago. The van has not been driven since that time. The motor has very few miles on it. I'm not sure of the exact mileage because the van needs a battery.
I have always used Volkswagen parts and lubricants.We had planned on keeping the van but my health has not allowing us to do this. I got sick about 4 years ago, recovery has taken some time. Just now being able to work on the van and I am getting sick again. Sitting is the hardest thing on this van.
I am selling the van to buy medication and to pay for treatments. I will entertain a reasonable offer for the van.
I have tried to take plenty of pictures to show the good and the bad. You'll notice the front windshield is cracked and the driver side window has been broken. The right door does have some other issues besides not opening.
The seats do not have any cuts and the ceiling is still fully intact. The motor would start and then die after a few seconds. It is believed that it is a computer problem, the new key is having trouble talking to the computer on the van. So the van thinks it is being stolen.
I bought the van with the aluminum wheels that you see in the pictures. I do have the original lug nuts. I also have the security socket to remove the tires. There is also brand new brakes to be installed on the van.
The EuroVan does have a clear title.
The van will need to be towed SOLD AS IS
I have set a minimum payment price of $500.00. Expect the remaining payment to be made in three days. I will accept a cashier's check or cash for the remaining balance.
