This is a very unusual car in that it is a brand new 2005 Smart 450 body that was pulled off the assembly line before it was completed. Called a rolling chassis it was brought to the states in 2005 to be turned into an electric drive car but the company went out of business and sold these chassis off. It has no engine and not wiring. It is a project body or it can be built into a new car with donor parts. I built another one into a complete new car so I know it can be done. It can also be used on any other project you can think up. These have been turned into off road cars on 4 wheeler undercarriages and it has many other project uses. It's all up to your imagination. It is brand new and has never been outside. I have the purchase documents but there is no title or VIN number.
