This is my very rare 2006 Smart ForTwo CDi. This is the world’s smallest production car with a diesel engine! Very rare in the U.S.! I have owned this car for about 3 years now and it runs great! This is a very limited production car in which this is 161 of 200 ever made with the GrandStyle package. It has heated leather seats, panoramic sunroof and paddle shifters on the steering wheel. This car does amazing fuel mileage. It fills up under $12 and goes for quiet a bit. I would guestimate around 75-80MPG. This is a very safe car with air bags every where and the whole car is a roll cage. You can YouTube “Smart Car crash test” and see how safe the car is! All the parts for this car is available on ebay and Amazon. I have a couple of extra parts I will give with the car. I have a complete instrument cluster in Miles and can easily be swapped out. I never got around to doing it. This car has all original parts and is in original condition! Zero aftermarket parts installed
The interior of the car is in great shape! All the seats are in great shape with no tears or rips. The carpet does not have any holes or tears. It comes with rubber O.E.M floor mats also. The interior smells nice and clean with no weird odor or smell. The headliner is also nice and clean it is not sagging anywhere. The interior doesn’t have any missing pieces and is complete. Everything in the interior works great from the radio, which has an aux input to the sunroof. Overall, the interior is in great shape.
The exterior of the car is in great shape. The paint has no flaw what so ever! It shines like it just rolled off the factory assembly line! No major dents or dings. All the lights work like they should. All the glass and doors open and close fine. All the lights and glass are all crack free. Overall the exterior is in excellent shape.
Mechanically, the car is great shape! A lot of parts have been replaced over time. It has and updated A/C line which the factory had and updated house The A/C blows ice cold! It has 2 new rear tires and a new battery as well. It also has a new intercooler, new window switches and a fresh oil change. Our local Smart / Mercedes- Benz diesel ship has every part for this car. Everything in this car is OEM and is in original condition. Every part in this car is OEM. The car drives straight as an arrow and does not pull to any side. The engine does not shake or make any weird noises. I am so confident in the car, I would not hesitate to drive it to New York tonight!
I have owned this car for 3 years now and I love the car. It always gets attention at Diesel stations. It is always a conversation starter. I hate to sell it but it hardly gets driven and it’s time for a new person to enjoy it. This car was parked in a temperature controlled garage most of its life and it reflects on the paint and interior.
