General Terms
Notice to Bidders Seller reserves the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 12 hours to confirm his/her intention to buy. Buyer has 3 days to consummate the deal. Otherwise, we have the right to pursue other bidders or sell the car outside the auction.
Fees and Taxes
Payment Methods & Fees Cash on delivery, certified checks, bank wire transfers, or bank financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing established prior to placing final bid. If you need more information, please call us. Buyer agrees to pay, in addition to the final selling price, a $799 Dealer Documentation Fee plus all applicable state, local and federal tax, tag, title, emissions, and any other fees as required by law. Deposit & Payment of Remaining Balance A 10% deposit is required after the auction has ended to secure the transaction. The remaining balance due must be paid within 3 business days of the close of the auction, as well as all applicable fees & taxes. The vehicle will not be delivered until all financial transactions have been completed. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call if you'd like us to suggest a shipping company. Buyer's Inspection We have done our best to make every reasonable effort to describe this vehicle to you.
