General Terms
Terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows:
The successful high bidder must contact us within 12 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
A $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 12 hours of end of auction.
All financial transactions must be completed within 5 DAYS after auction ends.
Fees and Taxes
Florida buyers will pay sales tax and registration.
Out of state buyers may or may not be subject to additional taxes based on governing laws.
If you have less than 3 feedbacks or are an unactive account, you must contact us before bidding or your bids will be canceled.
A dealer administration fee of $199 will be added to all transactions.
