1950 English Ford Prefect 4 door saloon. Engine 4 cyl. flat head side valve 1.17L. 3speed gear box on the floor .Speedo shows 21000 miles?This 65 year old car Runs , drives and stops.No nasty noises or bellowing smoke.The Interior as far as I can tell is all original, No missing parts.No broken parts, All ashtrays, gages, knobs, window cranks, all in place.All the lights work as intended including the traficators , no broken or missing lenses .There is no rust to speak of on this car {not new remember 65 years old}.The floor areastill has the original wood floors and jack plugs.All the glass is in place and the tilt out front wind screen works as do the side air vents.(Flat rear windscreen has a BB hole in it)The Key works all Ignition , Boot, Doors not sized. The owners book, jack, crank, spare wheel all with the car.The tires are old but holding air just fine.A new Battery has been installed.An optional water pump factory installed is fitted to allow a heater to be fitted.The car is 99% all there, most every thing works and is original right down to the worn floor coverings .Painted white about 20 years ago from dark blue, still looks fine not perfect .These Cars are hard to find in any condition, but one this complete and nice near impossible .Use it as is, or rebuild to new standards , this is would be a easy rebuild , the car is so simpleand all there.For a 65 year old car you can drive to the parade, car shows, drive nights , you will have the only one. Most of the British Fords were chopped up for dragsters, hot rods ect.so few survived.
