Here is a very good condition Louisiana (LA)
sugar cane, bagasse, license plate. Due to the shortage of metal during WWII states
either issued decals or plates made out of other material . Most plates were
made out of soybean but due to Louisiana’s sugar cane industry there was plenty
of sugar cane fibers to use.
