Here is an EXCELLENT, vintage 1970 base WEST VIRGINIA license plate! Lightweight aluminum tag has a golden yellow base with blue embossed lettering and rims.  100% ORIGINAL, with NO TOUCH-UPS. Base paint is reflective. Includes renewal stickers through 1973 at bottom right and nickname MOUNTAIN STATE embossed at top.

Plate is  straight  and lies completely  flat, with NO BENDS, NO surface rust (it"s aluminum!) , and  NO EXTRA HOLES. Metal and paint are absolutely SOLID, but there are obviously scattered paint chips. Displays fantastically on your vintage "70s vehicle or your den, garage, or man-cave wall.
