Connecticut Wrecker Vehicle In Tow License Plate Very Rare!! Scarce Type Vintage

This rare Connecticut Wrecker type is a bit of a mystery. Numbering for Wreckers do not go above four digits, but this one has five. And yet I have never seen one before like it. This type is so scarce, that it does not even appear in the vast ALPCA online archives for Connecticut.I am not sure how old it is, but the small state outline appears at bottom left. The plate is made of aluminum covered with white reflective sheeting and red numbering. This item is 100% all original with no restoration of any kind. I have not even attempted to clean it.
