June 1989 to June 1991 Delaware The First State license plate. Number is 841206. Looks to be in very good condition. There is a small ding below T on State where it looks like it was impaled but not through. All it did was push the paint up further. Some wear to the year stickers. It got 2 screws and nuts on the bottom. I believe it"s aluminum since a magnet won"t stick. Neat cool license plate for anybody from Delaware or license plate collectors! Check out my other items!!
