No signs of any refurbishing or restoration.
Plates are used but in excellent condition given they"re 60 years old. You will not find anything like this set of plates anywhere online!
Typical used marks you might see on the face of each plate (see detailed pics to evaluate for yourself) and minor surface rust where one plate was attached to the vehicle. No corrosion though. Pictures are of actual plates you will receive.
