Up for sale is my baby, it is a 1962 Volvo 544 Sport with a new B20 and an M40 manual 4-speed.
Everything is new on the car as I got it from a private collector in California.
The car is an original rust free California Car.
The Pictures should reflect the condition of the car. It is simply a stunning car and steals the attention anywhere it goes.
This is an original California Black plate car. I still Have the original black plate (last year of the black plates were 1962).
Car has Original Paint. Some wear but in overall great condition.
Extra non stock accessories are the head light grills (Outlaw style) and the yellow extra lights on the front bumper.
This car runs and drives like a new car with no issues at all. It weighs just under 2200lbs and is very fast with the B20 motor. It has dual SU carburetors, the gears shifts smooth and the clutch is new.
Brand new tires less then 200 miles ago.
This is one of the cleanest and best driving 544's in the country. It is a very reliable daily driver or would make an excellent show car.
I am selling the 544 because I want to fix up my 1967 Volvo 122 Wagon as a classic Hawaii surf wagon.
I can help facilitate shipping as the car is located on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. Shipping to any West coast port is about $1000, I have a shipping broker that I use and they are very reliable.
