1972 International Scout II
Up for auction is this very hard to find and very clean 72 Scout II. This ultra sanitary binder came out of southern California were at had spent it's whole life until coming up to north Idaho . Not easy to find one this solid with all it's original body panels!! This isn't you grandpa's Binder!! This rig was completely stripped down and had tons of hours in body prep to come out this straight with proper body panel fitment and gaps. Check out the paint on this ride. Look at the pics and the angles. This thing is super straight and shines like glass. The paint job is PPG 2020 Dodge F8 Hellcat green base/clear. It turned out amazing to say the least. The two tone custom saddle interior including seats, door panels, dash pad with stitched black diamond inserts are the perfect contrast to the body color. All of the trim and glass are in great condition. The grill and top were coated with Upol Raptor liner gloss black. Custom front and rear bumpers also gloss black. All new or rebuilt gauges and speedo. It is radio delete. Nice locking console. All new carpet . Has a 4inch all spring lift kit with new shocks on all four corners. Sits on new 35/12.5/15 all terrain tires with polished slot style mag wheels. The motor is the original 345 and it runs strong. We went through the motor and replaced oil pan gasket, front seals, valve cover gaskets, rebuilt carb, tune up and all fluids changed with a Lucas zinc additive in the motor oil. The tranny has been rebuilt with a shift kit. All new u-joints and newer brakes. Has power disc brakes and power steering with a CPP hydroboost conversion kit. Everything works as it should and this Scout drives down the highway 65-70mph no problem. Runs great around town as well. Good oil pressure and never overheats. If you are looking for something different than a Bronco or Blazer you might wanna check this rig out! Save yourself tons in $$ and time finding a decent one then getting it to this stage!! As a added bonus the scout will come with a Howell E.F.I conversion kit as well as a powder coated roof rack for the new owner to install if he or she chooses. Summer is coming! This is the perfect rig to enjoy it in! Always turns heads and is a welcome sight at the local cruise's and car shows.

This vehicle is being sold as is. There will be a $500.00 deposit due within 24hrs of the auction ending via pay pal. The balance will be due within 48hrs of the auction ending unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Forms of payment accepted are cash , cashiers check, bank wire or loan check. Please note if paying with a check please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to clear before the vehicle or title are released. Buyer is responsible for any and all transport costs. We well help facilitate a smooth transaction for p/u. We do not accept pay pal for the balance of the vehicle unless buyer agrees to pay both buyer and seller fee's.
