The original Prock and Howell Logghe Stamping 1933 Willys AA/GS coupe. Built at LSC in 1968 located in Detroit Michigan for AA/GS competition. NHRA ruled the revolutionary new tubular chassis was not legal for competition. In 1969 the 427 Chevrolet would be replaced with a nitro burning 426 Hemi to match race with the likes of the Hill Brothers, Shores and Hess and Chuck Finders. The car ran in the low 8's in 1969 winning a majority of its races.
The Willys has been restored using a 427 Chevrolet with a powerglide 2 speed and the original chrome 9 inch rear end. The NHRA chassis cert is expired, but will recert to 8.50. car is race or cackle ready. Has been featured in multiple publications through its 48 year career. Received the Preservation award at the 2007 Detroit Autorama.
