Description:
1946 Packard Sedan. Just completed and tested rebuilt motor, new wide white wall tires, recent upholstery work. Beautiful hand rubbed, multi-layer dark blue original paint. I just drove it the first 40 miles since we worked on it. It runs beautifully at freeway speeds. It runs nice and cool. This car is virtually rust free. No hint of a smoker ever being in it.
The motor still needs to be run-in for another thousand miles or more before you take it any faster. The speedometer goes to 120 miles per hour, but I doubt the car will. Packards were considered to be the most advanced, prestigious cars on the road.
I moved to Coronado where I have a two car garage, but I have 5 cars. Some have to go.
