1947 Packard Clipper Deluxe Body Style 2112. I purchased this car at an Estate Auction. The owner had a few restored cars but apparently never got to this one. They stored it in a pole barn with a concrete floor but the rust monster was still working on it. I took the pictures of the outside on a day it was raining so it looks a little different dry. There is rust perforation in the floors especially driver front and the trunk. I received what I believe to be all of the parts for it that have been removed with the exception of the starter. And in addition to the parts for this Packard I understand they had a another possibly a 1939 that was parted out so there is an additional engine, transmission, rear axle, Right Fender, and other parts from the parts car.
The engine in the car is locked up I haven't been able to get it to turn, but the spare engine turns freely by hand. Car appears to have a over drive transmission but spare trans is just a regular 3 speed.
I received a lot of boxes of parts with the car. There were some parts that clearly came with it that weren't Packard parts so I separated them out and laid out all of the remaining parts I believe are Packard. Then I took pictures of them all. So look closely at the pictures to see what pieces and parts are included. There are some new, a few re-chromed parts , and of course lots of used parts. You will notice in the pictures I do have the front and back seat bottoms and backs. Although not pictured I do have a carburetor.
