It was also previously part of the well respected late Orin Smith's collection for many years before being acquired by its current owner. A complete nut and bolt body off restoration was performed by Grey Hills Auto Restoration some years back and still presents and shows very well today. The exterior is finished in Aztec Brown with fine Birch wood work that shows very well with excellent panel gaps and fitment. The interior is finished in a brown vinyl with correct style tweed inserts, the dash and wood graining show excellent with all chrome, bright work and glass showing excellent as well. This Eight Sedan is powered by its correct 288ci L head inline straight 8 engine backed to a 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive in excellent running condition. The suspension consist of front independent coil springs connected to a live rear axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs and four-wheel hydraulic brakes.
