Vintage minicar from Paris, France for your restoration project! This was a barn find & I believe it to be a Charles Mochet CM125 Luxe Velocar model. You can Google Charles Mochet for the history of velocars. There's no VIN # or title. research shows it's probably from the early 1950's. It is NOT complete (YOU will need to determine what's there or not by pics or viewing in person), Its a single cylinder motor stamped #256662 ABC Paris. When put in reverse gear the motor does turn, so not stuck. It does not run. The odometer shows 2915 miles. No dash or back body of car or seat. It has a spare tire, there's also a chain and gear part and cover not attached to car. There's a tag below the stearing wheel Ets Velocar Puteaux Seine.
