This is a 1953 Mercury woody wagon. These cars are becoming extremely valuable. It has a presentable body. Dark Blue exterior and blue and yellow interior. It was a trade in from a 60 year old who drove it until about a year and a half ago.It was put in a barn and stored there. The engine became stuck. I soaked the cylinders. Since it was recently on the road the wireing is good. The gas tank and lines and system are all good. The brakes are good. The steering is good. The interior is complete and presentable, it is blue and yellow.. I think it is a 9 passanger wagon with 1 fold down seat. There is rust in the rockers they can be fixed or replaced. There are a new set of rockers included. They are a wagon full of nice parts including a very nice set of rear tailights, rockers etc. There is some small rust spots under the car. I did try to take some pictures of them. The wood was taken off several years ago and stored inside. The pictures show the nice condition they are it.The book value of this car is on the low end $12, 000, mid $25, 000, high $70, 000. I did have it on e bay several months ago and it was bid up to $5900. I would take that now since it is the winter time and I do not have the time to spend on it. I could either free the engine or replace it and it would easily double in value. If i have it in the spring that is what i will do.
