| “This 55 Nash Rambler is a true survivor, not restored, just a very decent collector car ready to enjoy and show! It is a top of the line Rambler Custom which spent most of it's life in Oregon so almost no rust,and an extremely solid unit body! The interior seating appears to be original cloth in great condition, headliner and carpet have been replaced, door panels are original and nice! The lite green was repainted long ago and show's very well, roof is original and could use a repaint! Most of the chrome is original and shines quite well! I installed new radial tires, replaced all brake cylinders, fuel pump, exhaust system, tune up and replaced the radiator with a new aluminum one! It is a 6 cyl, with Hydramatic Trans. runs and drives well at highway speeds. I am moving and cannot take it with me! Car is in SW Virginia and currently licenced with Antique tags. I believe my reserve is very reasonable and below Old Cars Value Guide price for a #3 Condition car!” |
