1956 Cadillac DeVille

Cadillac DeVille (1956)
for sale

Price: US $6,000.00

Description:

I have for sale a 1956 Cadillac, 2-door Coupe. This car is a all original from the paint to the battery. It has been stored inside a building since 1971. It needs complete restoration, but it is complete and all in tact. It is missing no chrome or mechanical parts, completely unmolested. If you are looking for a classic Cadillac to restore or retro with an LS motor, this is the car for you. The body is not rust free but is overall good condition. Most of the rust is what you can see on the lower quarters, rockers, and fenders. The floor pans and trunk pans are completely solid. There is a small amount of rust at the rear of the trunk where it meets the seal panel. The bottom of both doors will need to be repaired as well. The body is straight with no dents and no rust around the windows or glass. All of the interior is there, but will need to be recovered. It has the original radio, and all instruments are in good shape as well. The car does have the original power seats and power windows. It even still has the original 12-volt battery. The engine is the original 365 CI. It does not run and hasn't in years, it will need to be rebuilt, as well as the automatic transmission. This car is a true time capsule, nothing has been taken from it over the years. It is very hard to find one this complete. So if you like Cadillac's, this is a car you should definitely look at. I am selling to fund another project. I am selling at no reserve, so bid to win! Please feel free to call with any questions. I do work shift work, so if I do not answer, please leave a message and I will call you back. My name is A.W. and my number is (423)-677-5042. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and pickup of vehicle. I do prefer cash in-person. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
