New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1958 Austin Healey 100-6 2+2 BN4 2 Door Roadster with black/white custom exterior paint, a black vinyl soft top and very nice tan leather... seats. You’ll find a 2639 cc inline six-cylinder engine under the hood with dual SU carburetors and a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, plus this prestigious classic is nicely equipped for modern daily driving. It is an excellent driver-quality classic that’s ready to be enjoyed right away.
Largely Original w/ Top Quality Cosmetic Restoration
The current owner of this 1958 Austin Healey BN4 Roadster does not have much history on this vehicle other than what can be learned by a visual inspection. We do know that it’s been kept largely original throughout its lifetime, and it’s undergone at least one cosmetic restoration with quality paint and a refreshed interior. This classic was originally red from the factory and the original hardtop (unrestored) is included in this sale. You will find some minor blemishes throughout, but nothing that detracts from the overall curb appeal.
Additionally, this 1958 Austin Healey Roadster delivers excellent factory-like performance on the open road with smooth, quick acceleration and very nice handling. We are unsure if the drivetrain or any of the mechanical accessories could be original, but most of this vehicle looks correct and shows a lifetime of proper care. General Terms
All of the vehicles we list on are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.
Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You will receive 30-day in-transit tags.
