It has new paint, new tires, new wheels, new battery, new starter, freshly tuned up, new fuel tank, new side mirrors, and drum brakes, and new kick panels. It has a 409 (1963), with a 3 speed on the floor. It does have new carpet, that has not been installed. The car runs good and is ready to go. This car will sell in the USA only.
