1958 Ford Edsel
I have never met an Edsel that I liked. This body style has grown on me. This big boat has sex appeal. This car runs and drives and looks the best. It is a fun one. Miles are actual. It was in a personal edsel collection for many years. Same collection for many years. Same collection for many many years. It set for 12 more years after his passing. Several years back the family rescued it and went all through mechanics of it. All the usual things were done. Brake system, all gas system lines tank so on... all window glass is perfect. Interior is very nice. Excellent condition plus very sharp, matching paint scheme. Paint is excellent, needs nothing but a good wax job. We have never done so nor did previous family. We may wax it before Wednesday night cruise-in. We have been under car and bottom has been blacked out nice. All I could find was where a partial floor pan has been welded in floor, right where passenger feet would set on floor. Small patch look like no more welding needed.
