These cars where sent to the Hess & Eisenhardt plant on Blue Ash Road in Rossmoyne Ohio to be hand built into a very high end luxury vehicle that only a person on the top rung of the social ladder could own. This car was last driven in 1994 and will need a complete restoration. Frame Rail unibody is very nice. Floors and trunk floor have some rust. Rear quarter panels are real solid as well as doors and fenders. Has some normal rust under padded roof. Previous owner removed Left exhaust manifold for some reason and broke a mounting ear off the head. We have the piece and it could be repaired. Car does roll and steer for easy loading on a trailer.
