1961 International Scout 80. First year of the Scout. This is actually a half cab original pickup version that came with a half cab top only has 95, 615 miles showing on the odometer. Has the seat partition between bench seat and rear cargo area to mount the half cab top. Very solid overall no rust in the front floor sections left or right. Has rust in common place behind both doors on the quarters. Left rocker has a few small spots coming through right side is pretty solid. Section of rear floor is rusted through and upper right seat portion of bed has a 2 foot overlapped section at rear edge reason unknown. All panels are available and fairly inexpensive. Engine has been completely rebuilt no smoke, purrs like a kitten at idle! Truck runs and drives great. All lights turn signals brake lights dash lights and gauges function. Has been converted to Alternator as opposed to original generator setup for better performance makes headlights much brighter. New complete exhaust system, hydraulic clutch, and brakes were gone through. Both saddle tanks function has been converted to electric solenoid gas switchover valve. Previous owner sank quite a bit of money into this truck getting it on the road. It has been sitting for a year since it was driven fairly regularly. Needs carb rebuilt again from dried up seals and needs new tires then it would be road worthy again. Includes heater box, cover plates for fuel tanks, and drivers side slider glass. Aluminum framework for drivers door glass is missing. Has original California Blue plates on current non-op status no back fees. Call Dean at (530)953-6092 for more information.
