TITLE= MINNESOTA BONDED TITLE.
This car does have a bonded title. What this means; The original owner has passed away, leaving this vehicle behind in his estate. The person who inherited the car did not receive a title, because the owner had passed. Therefore there was no proof of ownership. In Minnesota, you can then apply for a bonded title, they will issue a new title. It is stamped SECURED BY SURETY BOND FOR THREE YEARS FROM DATE OF FILING. This is why and how the title is bonded. The buyer will also receive a bill of sale.
Now for the car, The previous owner has done a restoration. Some of the big items include, new paint, Interior, brakes, tires, shocks, battery etc.
Almost EVERYTHING has been considered. I will list many things that have been replaced or refurbished. I cannot possibly list them all, however it will come with all documentation. example, brake parts are broke down on the paper work into every individual piece such as washer or pin etc.

The car does have its flaws, but is a good looker and runner!It leaks oil, the body work is not pebal beach quality but good. The windshild has some light scratches, the windows seem a little sloppy, maybe just a little tweaking of the window track would help. there are some signs of rust but not rot. My biggest concer is that the door are starting to sag a little and if you look into the fender slots where the hinge mounts to the car, it needs reinforced, the are is rusty. The heatercore has been bypassed due to it leaking at the firewall. overall the car is in great shape. It drives very nice, shifts as smooth as you would expect. Does NOT grind or get hung up. Enough talk, check out the photos. One last thing, if your a numbers guy or gal, the number plate on the firewall does match the stamping in the fender well area. I have not yet confirmed if the motor is matching.

“The car has a Minnesota bonded title, see description for further details. This car is in great shape. Someone has done a restoration on the car. New paint, Interior, Brakes, tires, battery etc. It does have new floor pans on both the driver and passenger sides. However someone installed them with sheetmetal screws rather than welding them in. This could easily be corrected.” |
