Up for auction is my rare 1962 Austin Healey Sprite. As you can see she is a nice driver quality car and major work was just completed as you will read further into the auction. This car is priced to sell and will sell this week to the highest bidder Heritage: The car is said to be by the previous to be a true numbers matching car. From my research it appears to be so. To verify it beining such you can order a British Heritage Certificate from England or I can do it for you. The cars commission number is HAN6L 10302 and the engine number is 9CG-Da-H 11843.
Mechanically: The car runs great and was just serviced. The car starts right up with no issues, ticks or smoke. The car just had a complete service which included new points, condenser, ignition wires, spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor button, new air filters, oil change, oil filter, transmission & rear end fluids toped off and the radiator coolant changed. Also, last week the car received a complete new clutch kit which included a new clutch disk, pressure plate, release bearing and new clutch slave cylinder. Other recent newer items included new radial tires, new battery, new complete exhaust system, new gas tank and new trunk seal. Note: Prevision owner stated he had the rear end rebuild but I have no documention proving so but visible inspection indicates it was. Interior: The interior is in very nice condition I'd say but you need to be the judge of that. Note: New 4 piece correct Sprite rubber protective floor mats where just put in. Exterior: The car is exceptionally straight as you can see and is what I'd call an above average quality driver. I'm not prefect but I find no dings or dents anywhere on the car. I've found 2 small paint chips which do not show up in the photos other that she looks very. very nice. Paint is nice and presents well. Underbody: As you can see in the photos she's solid and straight underneath. Soft Top: Car just had a high quality Robbins soft top professionally installed. Trunk: The trunk is solid and has a very good spare tire, original jack and original tonneau cover support rails. Shipping: If you need to have the car shipped to your location here in the states I have a friend that can handle the complete transport. He is a licensed transporter and is fully insured and bonded.
