Anyone would be proud to own the very first GTO produced which history has labeled Detroit's First Muscle Car. Owning a 1964 GTO Tripower is owning a piece of car history.
This car was restored from 2011-2013. It's built to drive, show, race, and have fun, and that's what we've done. We've also won several trophies along the way.
Engine: non-matching 1964 389 with factory correct 1964 Tripower via Mike Wasson @www.pontiactripower.com. Has a mild performance custom ground cam from Bullet Cams.
Rated stock 348 hp at 4900 rpm.
Transmission: 2004R - Three speed with overdrive; line lock added.
Diffferential positraction with 3.90 ratio.
Suspension: All new components including brushings, Hotchkis lowering springs and upper A-Arms Power disc brakes in the front with a Hurst Line Lock. New front and rear sway bar from Summitt.
Wiring: Ron Francis Wiring Kit
Vintage Air blows icy cold.
Radio: Vintage look new style am/fm
Paint: PPG Cameo Ivory - (Factory Color)
Interior: New carpet, headliner, and seat covers from Legendary Interiors.
Wheels: Wheel Vintiques 14X7 with Cokers new Wide Oval Radial Redlines. Also included are Cragars with BF Goodrich TA Radials and two Mickey Thompson ET Streets on stee white 15X7's Also have a Coker Wide Radial for a spare.
Frame: Blasted, sanded, primed and then shot with black clear coat. Undercoated with Dupont.
Exhaust: Headers 2.5 dualled H-Pipes
Electric cutouts, thrush welded seam mufflers
Car cover is also included, along with Arnie The Farmer Beswick's signature on the dash!
