1. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We also reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all who bid on this vehicle. When you place a bid on this vehicle, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. This is outlined in eBay?s User Agreement. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
2. Bidders with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
3. Please only bid what you are willing to pay. If the reserve is not met, we may contact the high bidder to offer the second chance option.
4. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
5. This vehicle is sold as is without any warranty from Marcella Cars. Manufacturer?s warranties may still apply. An Extended Warranty may be available on this vehicle at extra cost. Contact us for details.
6. Marcella Cars makes no warranties, representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
7. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1, 000 deposit in U. S. dollars is due within 24 hours of auction end and the remaining balance is due within 72 hours of auction end. Deposit may be made by cash, or bank certified funds in U.S. Dollars. The remaining balance can be paid to seller by cash or bank certified funds in U. S. dollars

10. There is a $199.00 Documentation fee plus the cost of a 20 day temporary license plate. This does not include any state taxes, motor vehicle fees such as title or registration fees.
11. We are a licensed New Jersey New Car dealer. Therefore we are required to collect 6.875% New Jersey sales tax and any other taxes required by the State of New Jersey on all sales to New Jersey residents. Out of state residents are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
12. Marcella Cars welcomes a buyer?s inspection. We have done our best to disclose all known information about this vehicle. If you plan to inspect the vehicle, do so prior to the auction ending. Call 973-769-4001 to arrange an inspection. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees.
13. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Fee and Tax Information:
We are a licensed New Jersey New Car dealer. Therefore we are required to collect 6.875% New Jersey sales tax and any other taxes required by the State of New Jersey on all sales to New Jersey residents. Out of state residents are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. There is a $199.00 Documentation fee for all buyers plus the cost of a 20 day temporary license plate. This does not include any state motor vehicle fees such as title or registration fees.
