I am selling my beautiful 1965 442 convertible. I bought this car from a reputable dealer. I am not a car guy so I will tell you what I know from him and the inspector I hired to check it out. The car has the original drive train except for the 4 speed which is period correct and he carburator. It has a 400 ci engine with 365 hp. The car was restored years ago by the previous owner and is still in great condition. There is no rust, dents, scratches etc. The car starts right up and does not leak or burn oil. The clutch and center link have less then 400 miles on them. The chassis is as clean and rust free as the rest of the car. The interior is in good condition but could use a little refreshing to make it perfect. To that end I have purchased the following which are still in the box and come with the car:
New door panels (a little worn)New dash pad (discolored by the sun)Rear seat back cover (discolored by the sun)
Everything works as it should. It has a power top. the top is in great condition as is the whole car. It has modern radio which is easily replaced (the bezel has not been cut). The car runs and looks great. Please come to see it or send your inspector - you won't be disappointed.
