Factory Five Mk 2 1965 Cobra Roadster Replica.
Ford Motorsports 347 stroker, 450 hp. Tremec TKO 600 5-speed transmission with mid-shift kit and close-ratio gears. King Cobra clutch. Fuel injected with a VCP stack injection manifold with 8 individual throttle bodies. Programmable engine management system. Headers with ceramic coated sidepipes and heat shields. Walbro 255 lph fuel pump, 30lb injectors, braided fuel lines, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Aluminum racing radiator. Ford 8.8 inch rear with Factory Five 3-link rear suspension.
The body was prepped and painted by Ron at Metal Morphous in Connecticut. Mercedes Black with Anthracite Gray ghost stripes. Body seams are flawless. Hood has button-head screws and has an aluminized underside. Shell Valley hood hinge kit with modified hood latches. Chrome double roll bars with Finishline chrome grommets. Finishline chrome mirrors, wind wings and sun visors. Chrome quick jacks. Have spare chrome front bumper hoop and covers. Flaming River steering rack.
Interior has Factory Five racing high-back seats with 5 point harness. I have the Factory Five low back seats as well. Padded dash and transmission cover, black carpet and Levy Racing wood trimmed door panels. Autometer gauges with reverse speedo, push button start, aluminum cut-off switch.
Wheels are Phil Schmidt Engineering (PSE) aluminum wheels, powder coated centers with polished aluminum edges. 15 x 8 fronts and 15 x 10 rears. BFG radials.
The car has a tad under 7, 000 miles on it, the engine and tranny have less than 5, 000 miles on them.
The car runs and looks excellent. Some minor paint chipping on the front end and on the rear fender flares. * ***Please note the engine is from Ford Motorsports and therefore I do not believe it has a factory VIN number on it. This may be an issue in some states at time of registration. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
