Very sad day for me, need to sell my '66 chevy, the '69 327 rebuilt to 355 (block cast(3970010) has maybe 5-6000 miles since done, sorry don't have build sheet but it carries avg 65-70psi oil and has edelbrock intake and edelbrock carb, very mild torquer cam makes it fun to drive and easy on gas (about 4-5, 000 in engine high quality parts)big griffin radiator keeps it cool (stock radiator also) the turbo 400 tranny also rebuilt shifts very quick and strong, needs heater core put in (new in box in trunk) I never did it, (20 min job) don't drive it when cold(don't even take it out if it's chance of rain), some parts go with it, original steering wheel, arm rests w/ashtray for backseat(not smoked in), left off when door panels and rear panels were redone, if you prefer chrome-valve covers, timing cover, (YES that is original jack and base in trunk, .. new rug(not smoked in), new trunk seal, (did leak a little at one time trunk could use repainted, was oiled with 5w new oil) air shocks, new starter, distributor, headers wrapped with titanium wrap, glass packs sounds awesome, a lot of new parts, not quite a show car (little more tlc)and at this point in car's life could go either way..show or pro-street whatever you like, we just enjoyed it as is cruise-in's etc, paint is about a 7(paint is about 8yrs old)(could use a good buffing/wax) but very nice car and for turning 50 this year doors open and shut better than new, seat is a power seat out of a Ltd(I believe) sits a little high for taller people, (wires are there under drivers seat, plug it in set were you want it and unplug it is what we do) speedometer is off about 4-5mph(needs gear reducer on tranny, (odometer was set to all zero's when engine went in say's 47XX now, but speedometer is off so..) does have pioneer cass. player..works..speakers ain't the greatest..but I'd rather listen to exhaust anyway..lol..has a ooh-ga horns..lol..does have transferable antique plate(If your a pa resident)..I will try to answer any questions you may have, I'm a disabled veteran with macular degeneration(losing eyesight) and having financial hardship trying to keep my home or this car would not be up for auction, this will NOT be relisted if it does not sell(low reserve) it will be winterized and put in storage at friend or families place, so please bid to own this car... also see my other auction if your into motorcycles, spent about 10yrs and 12-16g in a sportser (yeah I know they ain't worth that much, going cheap, but never expected to have to sell it either) thank you for reading my ad, have a great day.
