Series 1 1967 Fiat 850 Spider. Former SCCA H-production race car converted to street/autoX car. Daily driver quality paint and body, currently licensed in Nevada. Because of chopped windshield YOU NEED TO DETERMINE IF STREET LEGAL IN YOUR STATE. From 1969 till 2002 car was raced in SCCA H-production. Owner had health issues around 2005 and car sat in a covered trailer for 12+ years till my purchase. Locked rear end and other race only items were removed during conversion/restoration. SUSPENSION: STIFF! reverse eye front leaf, thicker sway bar, Koni adjustable shocks. rebuilt disc brakes, 15' X 7' SSR MK2 three piece alloy rims. Thicker rear coils, Koni adjustable shocks, stock dia. sway bar, new brake cylinders and alloy brake drums, 15' X 7' SSR MK2 three piece alloy rims. Both rear rims have a ding as shown. All rims have alloy concentric rings and 1mm offset wobble bolts. Front rims have a slight inner fender scrub at full lock. Rears clear perfectly by 1/4'.MOTOR: 903cc rebuilt with new pistons, new 290 camshaft, new Abarth ALLOY OT1000 sump (replica), Abarth A112 cylinder head, A112 oil pump, intake, valve cover, 32mm DMTR Weber, exhaust header. Oil and water recovery containers and external oil filter and cooler mods with AN fittings and SS hose. Abarth A112 Plex electronic ignition system, INTERIOR: Everything is working in the entire car. Gauges, lights, turn signals, horn (occasionally not) seat tracks, door latches. seats are actually more comfortable than they look. Since I'm in Las Vegas I chose stadium cushions supporting our local teams. Windscreen provides minimal protection from the elements. There is a heater core under the dash that will keep your feet warm if the cowl vent is opened. The hoses then go to a front mounted auxiliary radiator. TRANSMISSION: Rebuilt transaxle from Midwest Bayless at $1700. GENERAL: Car has maybe 350 miles on it since rebuilding. Head has been retorqued. Alloy belly pans in engine compartment, gas tank was acid flushed and coated, most bolts/nuts are either new or have been chased with a tap or die.
