This 1968 AMX is a blast to drive and this auction is your opportunity to get in on the fun.
This car comes from New Mexico is mostly original. It has never had any rust. It has original sheet metal with no patchwork. It was repainted in 1996 by the second owner and driven only occasionally since then. The paint remains very presentable. The floors are rock solid. The trim and bumpers are straight in really nice shape.
Even though it has not been driven much recently, the original 390 runs strong and sound great. The Edelbrock breather and carburetor are obviously not stock but we have the originals to come with the car. A Malory ignition was installed but we have the original distributor to come with the car. The clutch and 4 speed manual transmission are fine.
It also has power brakes and tilt wheel. The dash tag shows number 4206
The original spare with canister are still with the car.
The driver’s seat has a crack. The passenger side dash also has a tiny crack that is hard to notice.

A deposit of 10% is due 2 days of the auction's end. Cash or certified check is ok. This deposit does not provide you with a chance to inspect to decide if you want to buy the vehicle. You already have bought it!

Balance is due within 7 days of auction close. For the balance due, we will only accept cash ON DELIVERY (in person) or a certified check. Vehicle and title will not be released until funds clear.
