For Sale is my 69 Dodge Dart GT in beautiful B5 Blue with Blue interior. There is no better time to purchase your first Mopar. I see a lot of darts at local shows in my area. i have yet to see one I like better than mine. I really hate to sell her. Car has a 360 non original engine. The car was a 318 vinyl top car originally. I take the car to a lot of local shows and cruise nights. It is a lot of fun for cruising to your local shows. This car looks great but If you are really going to nit pick it the body work is not a 9 out of 10. The quarters are aftermarket and appear to be from a 67 dart as they don't have the rectangular side marker cutouts in them. The GT stripe is not original and the hood is made to look like a 6 pack hood but is steel with the hood scoop welded on a steel hood. There is some rust underneath the car where the exhaust tip hangers hang. It has air shocks and cragar wheels (larger bolt circle). It has disc brakes in the front. The gauge cluster was rebuilt but the gauges still don't work. If I was going to keep the car for a long time I would try to rewire the car. It has painless wiring spliced into the original wiring and I think there is an issue with the wiring and that is why the gauges don't work. Reasonable Reserve Price. Good Luck! Car is located in Mid Michigan.

“Cruise IN and Local Car Show Quality. It is a very nice car to be proud of. The engine compartment is clean and you don't have to be afraid to open the hood. The Blue interior looks sharp with the B5 Blue Exterior Paint. There is minor flaws in the paint. The rear quarters appear to be from a 67 dart because they don't have the side marker lights cut out. The GT stripe was someones idea not the way it would be originally. You won't see another one like it. The deck lid springs are not in the car so you have to hold the trunk up. When trying to fix the springs it hit on the underside behind the rear window and cracked/chipped the paint behind the rear window near the deck lid. The hood is a modified steel hood that is made to look like a 6 pack hood. Originally the car had a black vinyl top, side moldings/chrome and no stripe. This is a cool GT that is not what it looked like originally. It doesn't have the original fender tag but I have a reproduction that is not on the car.” |
