This unmolested, original condition Scout is a real conversation starter. I have had this for about five years with the idea of restoring it. I drive it often but have come to realize that i have very little DIY skills relating to old cars. Its in really great condition with only a little surface rust on the body, however, there are still some body dents and dings that go along with its age. The passenger door has a dent, the drivers door has a few small dents, and the drivers side rear quarter panel has a small dent near the bumper. Most of the dents should be visable in the pictures. Also, the I am willing to answer questions about the condition also. Its located in central Texas. The guy i bought it from said that he had it in storage from about 2001. He took it to a mechanic to get it inspected and ready to sell, i saw it at the shop and bought it from him. The front seats have been poorly recovered but I believed the back seat to be original. I have no idea if the engine is original, but think that it probably is. It runs very well, very quiet. Anyway, its a great little car that could be driven as is or restored.
