For sale is my 1970 Jaguar E-Type Roadster. This XKE (Series 2) convertible was originally painted factory light blue with black leather interior and black convertible top as well as the rare option of factory air conditioning. The car has the original drivetrain in place although the A/C compressor and brackets as well as alternator are currently off the car but come included with the sale. I am no Jaguar expert, but the car appears to be 99% complete and comes with a bunch of new parts (weatherstripping, new wiring harness, bushings, electric fans, etc.) as well as the trunk and interior trim panels, gas tank, etc. The motor does turn over freely and the gearbox shifts through all the gears as it should. The car does need a passenger side floor-pan although the drivers side appears solid as well as a solid trunk floor and lid, solid firewall and cradle, solid bonnet and windshield frame. The picture of the blue car is what this car looked like when new but this is for reference ONLY as the car is not painted currently. The car is currently in primer as seen in all of the other pictures. Please note, the car will need a full restoration and can not be driven in its current condition. I have a clean/clear title in my name ready to transfer.
