Vehicle Description: This 1970 Plymouth Hemi-Cuda clone has only only seen the road for about 1, 000 break in miles since being finished. Having undergone an extensive rotisserie restoration, everything has been improved and, or replaced.  It was once a 318 car that the most recent owner had improved to become what it is today. . A modern Hemi-Cuda!  Some of the highlights of the build include a new 472ci (525hp) crate motor, mated to a new ultra light weight Tremec 5 speed manual. Sitting on an Alterkation coil over suspension, and Wilwood brakes.  Finished in Rally red over black, with it's Shaker Hood, and painted on Hemi graphics (not stickers). Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable.
By placing a bid on our auction, you assert that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions as well as eBay's Terms & Conditions; you assert that you understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle; and you assert that you have asked all questions PRIOR to placing your bid. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may, at its sole discretion, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or future auctions.
Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fees and Taxes
Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure, this is a federal law. Mileage may be listed as 'exempt' or 'TMU' on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old. Should we have reason to believe that mileage listed for a vehicle is inaccurate, this will be disclosed within the written description provided for the vehicle regardless of the odometer status listed on the title.?
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with NO RESERVE auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We hand pick each of our vehicles based on quality, value and desirability. Basically...if I wouldn't drive it myself, I'm not going to try to sell it to you. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection before it is offered for sale. We strive to provide the most thorough and accurate description as possible within the scope of our ability. Please understand that we are not mechanics. The opinions contained within the written description should not be taken as a professional mechanics' assessment and are not guaranteed.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced, reconditioned and inspected. We try to mitigate as much of that risk as possible for our customers...just keep in mind that most of our vehicles sell for significantly less than a similar vehicle would be priced on a retail lot. We offer warranties through CARS to help offset as much risk as possible. Please understand that some of the vehicles we sell are disqualified from warranty eligibility due to age, mileage, price or other factors established by CARS. This is out of our control.
